This system facilitates the monitoring of the availability of the manpower reserves in our pool.

MRA processes the working and travel documents of successful applicants and ensures that they complete all prerequisites for deployment. The company works closely with POEA and DOLE and maintains good relations with embassies and consulates.

MRA also offers accounting, administration, and legal services, where applicable. Furthermore, MRA can provide monthly reports showing the payments made to the bank accounts of the worker and/or their designated beneficiary, covering the worker’s salary allotment, overtime pay, including authorized and statutory deductions under Philippine laws.
