The DCL Group is the parent company to Manpower Resources of Asia, Inc., and Sealanes Marine Services, Inc.– both founded in 1978, and MRA Offshore Corporation founded in 2013. With more than 40 years of experience in recruiting and deploying aspiring and qualified individuals, all three companies possess the distinct advantage of having unifying goals, knowledge, and training in land-based, sea-based and offshore recruitment processes. Together with our business development/client relations representative, we work closely with our foreign principals and partners to ensure quality service 24/7 and create dynamic partnerships with each and everyone. Majority of our foreign principals are Triple A companies in Europe who also uphold ethical business practices.

Manpower Resources of Asia, Inc. (MRA)

A land-based agency engaged in overseas employment for professional, technical personnel and craftsmen to land-based construction projects, oil and natural gas pipe laying projects and its related facilities, power plant, substation, and transmission line construction, petrochemical plants, electro-mechanical works for oil and gas refineries, animal feed mill factories, and processing and cold storage facilities. MRA has also supplied the necessary personnel to hospitals, health-care organizations, information technology firms, and other types of industrial operations.

Sealanes Marine Services, Inc.

A crewing and manning agent for ocean-going vessels such as bulk carriers, general cargoes, heavy lift vessels, anchor handling tugs, supply vessels, and passenger ferries.

MRA Offshore Corporation (MRAO)

A crewing and manning agent supplying maritime offshore personnel, officers, and ratings for all types of offshore vessels engaged in activities such as drilling, dredging, reclamation, pipe-laying, and the like.
