SEALANES MARINE SERVICES, INC. is a duly licensed Philippine manning agency engaged in the deployment of qualified maritime and offshore personnel, including officers and ratings, for various types of vessels such as general cargo vessels, bulk carriers, heavy lift vessels, passenger ferries, roll-on/roll-off (RORO) vessels, salvage tugs, supply vessels, crew boats, deep sea stone dumpers, hopper dredgers, cutter suction dredgers, multicats, pontoons, and other specialized vessels.
Over the years, the company has developed and mobilized competent, highly skilled, and experienced maritime professionals whose expertise and dedication have made them highly valued by foreign principals worldwide. Their ability to perform effectively under demanding operational conditions, industry challenges, and diverse cultural and environmental settings reflects Sealanes’ commitment to delivering reliable and globally competitive maritime manpower solutions.
On behalf of some of its foreign principals, Sealanes has entered into Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) with the Associated Marine Officers and Seamen’s Union of the Philippines (AMOSUP), the Philippine affiliate of the International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF), demonstrating its commitment to the welfare and protection of seafarers.
In recognition of its excellence in maritime recruitment and deployment, Sealanes was awarded the “Top Performer” distinction in 2002 by then Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), now known as the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW).
