On behalf of our foreign principals, Sealanes has signed Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) with the Associated Marine Officers and Seamen’s Union of the Philippines (AMOSUP), the Philippine affiliate of International Transport Workers Federation (ITF).

Sealanes have competent recruitment staff widely knowledgeable and specialize in sourcing and selecting technical and non-technical candidates for various sea-based positions. Sealanes uses a crew management system, designed ourselves, that supports the management of the entire database of our land-based, sea-based, and offshore workers. This system facilitates the monitoring of the availability of the manpower reserves in our pool.
We also offers accounting, administration, and legal services, where applicable. Furthermore, Sealanes provides monthly reports showing the payments made to the bank accounts of the worker and/or their designated beneficiary, covering the worker’s salary allotment, overtime pay, including authorized and statutory deductions under Philippine laws.
Sealanes processes the working and travel documents of successful applicants and ensures that they complete all prerequisites for deployment. The company works closely with POEA and DOLE and maintains good relations with embassies and consulates.
